Alexandra Roberts has a decade of experience producing ambitious and forward-thinking stories for film and television, both in scripted and documentary.
Her work has aired internationally on several networks, including HBO, Hulu, Netflix, Peacock, CBC, ARTE, NHK, Discovery and Al Jazeera English. She recently served on the production team for the second season of 'Children Ruin Everything' for Roku and CTV.
Her first scripted feature ‘Soft’, premiered at TIFF 2022 and toured across Canada, where it won Best of Fest at Chilliwack International Film Festival. It will make its international premiere and be released theatrically by LevelFILM in 2023. For her work on ‘Soft’, she was a 2022 nominee of the CMPA Indiescreen Producer Awards.
She holds a Master of Arts in Media Studies from The New School, a Bachelor of Arts from McGill University, and is an alumna of the Producer’s Lab at the Canadian Film Centre.
